As the celebrated composer for some of Studio Ghibli's most enchanting animated movies, Joe Hisaishi is a master of the soundtrack using a fusion of European classical, Japanese traditional, ambient electronic and minimalist music to conjure up the wonderful worlds of My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away and more, creating a nostalgic and whimsical sound. Presented by fever, this candlelit concert features a raft of Hisaishi's best works for Ghibli, played by an accomplished string quartet.
